Rule 3769-16-30. Starter's list

119.03 The starter or their assistants shall school such horses as may be necessary and shall prepare a list of horses not qualified to start which shall be delivered to the judges and entered on the judge's list. The judge's list shall be posted in the racing secretary's office with the list of horses not qualified to start.
