Rule 3770-2-01. Persons eligible; application

119.03 (A) Any person may apply for a sales agent license. Application will be made in a format approved by the director for this purpose. (B) Upon receiving a proper and complete application, the director will determine if the applicant meets the requirements of the Lottery Act and the commission's rules, and the standards of the director provided in these regulations. The director may issue the applicant a license on such terms and conditions deemed appropriate, consistent with the Lottery Act, the rules of the commission and these regulations. If the director denies an application, the applicant will be promptly informed of the decision.
