Rule 3772-10-06. Standard financial reports

119.03 Casino operators must maintain and provide to the commission upon request or as otherwise required appropriate accounting, including a monthly process which includes the preparation of the following financial reports: (A) Balance sheet; (B) Income statement; (C) Cash flow statement; and (D) A daily gross casino revenue supplemental report and supporting documentation submitted concurrent with the casino operator's daily submission to the department of taxation, as required by section 5753.04 of the Revised Code.
