119.03 A casino operator, management company, holding company, or gaming-related vendor must obtain and maintain insurance in a minimum amount determined by the commission at a public meeting held under section 3772.02 of the Revised Code and in the following types: (A) Liability; (B) Casualty; and (C) Any other type of insurance the commission deems necessary.
