Rule 4501-15-08. Flashing lights

Flashing lights when used on a disabled vehicle and a motor vehicle using the same to warn of a vehicular traffic hazard shall be constructed and installed so as to provide adequate and reliable illumination and shall conform to the appropriate S.A.E.
