Rule 4501:1-3-31. Exemption from notice of change

119.03 Motor vehicle dealers shall be exempt from the provisions of division (A) of section 4517.23 of the Revised Code, requiring dealers to notify the registrar of changes in the status of personnel of owners, partners, officers and/or directors, if stock in the dealer or its parent company has been traded publicly and public records with state and federal agencies document such change.
