Rule 4501-23-11. Rear view mirror

119.03 Every motorized bicycle shall be equipped with a mirror so located as to reflect to the operator a view of the highway to the rear of such vehicle. The operator shall have a clear unobstructred view to the rear of the vehicle by mirror.
