Rule 4501-23-18. Headlamp indicator light

119.03 If a multiple beam headlamp is used, a headlamp beam indicator light shall be provided and be in compliance with FMVSS 123 "Motorcycle Controls and Displays", 49 C.F.R. 571.123.
