Rule 4501-23-27. Surrender of license

A motorized bicycle license shall be surrendered by the holder thereof at the time of issuance of a valid driver's license issued under Chapter 4507. of the Revised Code, a valid commercial driver's license issued under Chapter 4506. of the Revised Code, or any subsequent motorized bicycle license.
