A person applying for a motorized bicycle license shall submit to a knowledge test. Such test shall be administered in the same manner as the written rules of the road test given to applicants for a driver's license issued under Chapter 4507. of the Revised Code, and shall be subject to the same testing procedure, grading, and re-testing procedures as are applicable to driver's license applicants. Such motorized bicycle test shall consist of a minimum of twenty questions which shall pertain to rules of the road and a minimum of twenty questions which shall pertain to traffic sign identification and recognition. The questions shall be equally weighed, and the applicant must correctly answer seventy-five per cent of said questions in order to attain a passing grade.
