Rule 4501:2-1-15. Motor vehicle equipment standards for rear view mirror

119.03 Every motor vehicle, including every motorcycle, shall be equipped with a mirror so located as to reflect to the operator a view of the highway to the rear of such vehicle. The operator shall have a clear unobstructed view to the rear of the vehicle by mirror.
