Rule 4723-5-25. Submission of false, misleading or deceptive information or documents

119.03 A program, or an applicant seeking approval to operate a program under this chapter shall not make any false, misleading, or deceptive statements, or submit or cause to be submitted any false, misleading or deceptive information or documentation to the board or any representative of the board. Violation of this requirement shall be considered a failure to meet the requirements of this chapter in considering approval status.
