Rule 4723-9-03. Completing a course of study in advanced pharmacology

119.03 Applicants seeking an advanced practice registered nurse license, with designation as a clinical nurse specialist, certified nurse practitioner, or certified nurse-midwife, who do not meet the requirements set forth in division (C) of section 4723.482 of the Revised Code, shall complete, within the five years immediately preceding the application, a course of study, as defined in rule 4723-9-01 of the Administrative Code, that meets the requirements of rule 4723-9-02 of the Administrative Code.
