Rule 1301:5-1-13. Failure to comply with a subpoena as evidence of misconduct

119.03 Evidence that a licensee has failed to obey a subpoena issued pursuant to section 4735.04 or Chapter 119, of the Revised Code shall constitute prima facie evidence of misconduct and shall constitute a violation of division (A)(6) of section 4735.18 of the Revised Code.
