Rule 4731-13-14. Mileage reimbursement and witness fees

119.03 (A) Mileage shall be paid in the same manner as that allowed in the court of common pleas in criminal cases in the county of hearing. (B) The respondent shall not subpoena him or her self. (C) Mileage and witness fees shall be returned by anyone who fails to appear at the hearing for which he or she was subpoenaed.
