Rule 4731-13-30. Prehearing conference

119.03 With or without written motion from any party, the hearing examiner may schedule a prehearing conference to address any matter related to preparation for or conduct of a hearing. The prehearing conference may be in person or by telephone. No witness testimony shall be taken during a prehearing conference. Any documents presented at the prehearing conference shall be made part of the hearing record. If a transcript of the proceeding is prepared, the transcript shall be made part of the hearing record.
