Rule 4734-6-06. Jurisprudence examination
119.03 (A) Every applicant for a chiropractic license must successfully complete a jurisprudence examination administered by the board with a minimum score of seventy-five per cent. (B) In the event an applicant does not achieve a minimum score of seventy-five per cent on the jurisprudence examination, the applicant may retake the examination until a score of seventy-five per cent is achieved. (C) If an applicant does not successfully complete the jurisprudence examination within one year from the date of original application, the applicant must submit a new application, application fee and updated credentials as applicable. (D) Interns do not need to pass the jurisprudence examination.
