Rule 4765-4-07. Reporting deadlines

119.03 (A) The information required under section 4765.06 of the Revised Code and this chapter shall be reported on a schedule determined by the board and which is available at http://www.ems.ohio.gov. (B) The board may develop policies for granting extensions to the submission deadlines and which shall be made available at http://www.ems.ohio.gov.
