119.03 The manufactured home park operator or a person authorized to represent him or her shall be available to the residents and the division to respond to non-emergency park matters during regular business hours. The operator or his or her agent must be available by telephone at all times in case of emergency, and must conspicuously post an emergency contact number in the manufactured home park with the rules of the manufactured home park in accordance with rule 4781-12-23 of the Administrative Code.
