Rule 4781-8-05. Installation, foundation, and base support system construction work performed by unlicensed persons

119.03 Except as provided in rule 4781-8-05.1 of the Administrative Code, no person shall install a manufactured home or perform foundation and base support system construction in Ohio unless licensed by the division or under the supervision of a licensed installer. A licensed manufactured home installer will be responsible for any installation tasks, including foundation and base support system construction work, that an unlicensed person performs on a manufactured home.
