Rule 4783-7-02. Certificate restoration

119.03 At any time after the suspension or revocation of a certificate, the state board of psychology may restore the certificate upon the written finding by the board that circumstances so warrant. The board may require mental, physical, or professional examination of the applicant for restoration of the certificate before such restoration.
