Rule 4783-8-02. Disposition of fines

119.03 All fines collected for violations of section 4783.99 of the Revised Code shall be distributed as follows: (A) One half to the state board of psychology; (B) One half to the municipal corporation in which the offense was committed or, if the offense was committed outside of a municipal corporation, to the county in which the offense was committed.
