Rule 4901:1-12-05. Semiannual reports

111.15 (A) Semiannual reports. Each gas or natural gas company subject to the provisions of this chapter shall submit semiannual Ohio coal research and development reports. The semiannual report shall include the data required by the Ohio coal research and development cost form to calculate the Ohio coal research and development rate as specified in paragraphs (B), (C), and (D) of rule 4901:1-12-06 of the Administrative Code.
