Rule 4901:1-16-14. Payment of forfeitures and payments made pursuant to stipulation

111.15 (A) All forfeitures ordered by the commission or any payments made pursuant to stipulation shall be paid by certified check or money order made payable to "Public Utilities Commission of Ohio," and shall be mailed or delivered to: "Public Utilities Commission of Ohio 180 East Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43215-3793" (B) The commission shall deposit such payments in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund. (C) No operator may recover any forfeiture or other payment made pursuant to stipulation in any pending or subsequent proceeding before the commission.
