111.15 (A) A regularly scheduled meeting is one in which members of the committee are informed of the meeting at least five days prior to the start of the meeting. (B) A special meeting is one in which members are informed less than five days but more than twenty-four hours prior to the start of the meeting. (C) An emergency meeting is one in which members are informed less than twenty-four hours prior to the start of the meeting.
