Rule 4901:2-24-02. Purpose and scope

119.03 (A) This chapter governs the establishment of maximum fees for towing and storage of motor vehicles and other requirements applicable to for-hire motor carriers charging such fees. (B) The commission may, upon an application or motion filed by a party, waive any requirement of this chapter, other than a requirement mandated by statute, for good cause shown.
