Rule 4901-7-01. Standard filing requirements

111.15 All applications for an increase in rates filed under section 4909.18 of the Revised Code, all complaints filed under section 4909.34 of the Revised Code, and all petitions filed by a public utility under section 4909.35 of the Revised Code shall conform to the standard filing requirements, set forth in appendix A to this rule. The commission may, upon timely motion, waive specific provisions of the standard filing requirements, but such waivers must be obtained prior to the time that application, complaint, or petition is filed with the commission. In the absence of such a waiver, the commission may reject any filing which fails to comply with the requirements of this rule.
