111.15 An applicant considering construction of a major utility facility or economically significant wind farm may request a preapplication meeting with the board staff prior to submitting an application. The results of such meeting(s) in no way constitutes approval or disapproval of a particular site or route, and in no way predetermines the board's decision regarding subsequent certification or approval.
