Rule 5120:1-3-06. Halfway house and independent housing licensing standards

119.03 (A) The department of rehabilitation and correction (ODRC) establishes applicable performance-based general operating standards and minimum operating expectations for halfway houses and community residential centers licensed and funded by ODRC through the bureau of community sanctions. (B) In accordance with applicable department policy, compliance will be determined by the bureau through site monitoring visits or program reviews. Unannounced site visits may be conducted at any time.
