Rule 5122-29-01. Purpose and applicability

119.03 The purpose of this chapter is to state the requirements for the provision of behavioral health services by providers certified by the Ohio department of mental health and addiction services. The provisions of the rules contained in this chapter are applicable to each provider subject to certification pursuant to rule 5122-25-01 of the Administrative Code.
