Rule 145-1-69. Waiver of benefits by guardian of estate

111.15 A waiver pursuant to section 145.562 of the Revised Code shall be made by the beneficiary's guardian of estate and pursuant to a court order approving the waiver of benefits under either of the following circumstances: (A) The beneficiary is under eighteen year of age; (B) The beneficiary is eighteen years of age or older and has a legal disability as defined in division (B), (C), or (D) of section 2131.02 of the Revised Code.
