Rule 145-2-08. Purchase of school board member service

111.15 (A) This rule amplifies section 145.299 of the Revised Code. (B) (1) The member shall submit a written request that shall include a certification of the service on a form provided by the public employees retirement system. (2) A member shall purchase credit for such service only by a lump-sum payment as defined in rule 145-1-35 of the Administrative Code. (3) A member may purchase credit only for such qualified service that occurred prior to June 30, 1991.
