Rule 145-2-60. Designation of beneficiaries under the multiple-life plan

111.15 The portion of the lesser amount continuing after death to two, three, or four surviving beneficiaries designated at the time of a member's retirement or at the time of commencement of a contributor's benefit under section 145.384 or 145.64 of the Revised Code shall be allocated among the beneficiaries in whole percentages only.
