Rule 5180:2-42-12.1. Assessment for a child when a non-qualified residential treatment program meets qualified residential treatment program certification requirements

119.03 For each IV-E eligible child placed in a non-qualified residential treatment program (non-QRTP) on or after October 1, 2021, the requirements outlined in rule 5101:2-42-12 of the Administrative Code are to be followed by the IV-E agency beginning with the effective date the non-QRTP has met the qualified residential treatment program (QRTP) certification requirements and is considered compliant.
