Rule 5537-3-02. Hitchhiking and loitering prohibited

111.15 The solicitation of a ride, commonly known as "hitchhiking," or stopping for the purpose of picking up or discharging a hitchhiker, is hereby prohibited on the turnpike. Loitering in or about the toll plazas, service plazas or any other portion of the turnpike is prohibited.
