Rule 5537-4-05. Tolls for public police officers, emergency vehicles and military vehicles

111.15 Police officers, emergency vehicles, or clearly marked federal or state of Ohio and United States military vehicles, while in the discharge of their official duties on the turnpike or when responding to an emergency off the turnpike, shall be afforded ready access to the turnpike without the payment of tolls.
