Rule 1501:13-1-06. Severability

119.03 The validity of any rule or portion thereof, adopted or amended by the chief of the division of mineral resources management pursuant to Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code shall not be affected by the invalidity of any other rule or portion thereof adopted or amended thereunder by the chief.
