Rule 901:12-15-01. Definitions

119.03 The administrative rules in Chapter 901:12-15 of the Administrative Code apply exclusively to equine species as defined in section 904.01 of the Revised Code and rule 901:12-15-01 of the Administrative Code. "Equine" as used in this chapter includes horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys.
