Rule 901:12-8-01. Definitions

119.03 The administrative rules in Chapter 901:12-8 of the Administrative Code apply exclusively to swine as defined in section 904.01 of the Revised Code. As used in Chapter 901:12-8 of the Administrative Code, (A) "Existing Facility" means all buildings or structures that currently house swine utilizing any housing system as of the effective date of the standards. (B) "Breeding/Gestation Stall" means any configuration in which a mature animal is continuously housed, that does not allow it to turn around and freely enter or exit.
