Rule 901:1-11-06. Pseudorabies qualified negative herd

119.03 (A) The owner of a herd of swine who wishes to have the herd certified by the department of agriculture as achieving and maintaining status as a pseudorabies qualified negative herd shall comply with the terms and conditions of one of the protocols attached to this rule as appendix "A" and appendix "B" and made a part of this rule. (B) The cost of collecting samples and testing shall be borne by the herd owner. All tests shall be done by an approved laboratory and copies of the results sent to the state animal health official.
