Rule 901:1-19-06. Animal found infected

119.03 Equidae found infected with equine infectious anemia shall be either: (A) Sold for immediate slaughter with a permit and identified as prescribed by the department; (B) Euthanized by the owner at owner's expense and disposed of as stipulated in section 941.14 of the Revised Code; or (C) Held in continuous isolation at least two hundred yards from all non-quarantined equidae.
