Rule 901:1-25-04. Notification of changes required

119.03 The owner of a recorded livestock brand shall immediately give written notice to the director upon the occurrence of any of the following: (A) Change in ownership of a recorded brand; (B) Change in name under which a brand is recorded; or (C) Change in address of the owner of a recorded brand.
