Rule 901:1-5-04. Quarantining for brucellosis

119.03 (A) The chief shall place under quarantine any premises on which brucellosis is suspected or known to exist. (B) The chief or the chief's designee may release any premises from quarantine upon evidence of a complete negative herd test made not less than sixty days following the removal of all reactor animals.
