Rule 901:3-18-04. Modifications

119.03 Pursuant to rule 901:3-18-01 of the Administrative Code, the following section of 21 C.F.R. Part 121 is amended to read as follows: 21 C.F.R. 121.1 delete existing language and insert, "This part applies to a food processing establishment as defined in section 3715.021 of the Revised Code."
