Rule 901:9-1-36. Jumper requirements

119.03 (A) The minimum age and weight for jumping shall be established by the ride manufacturer. (B) Any jumpers who, in the opinion of the operation's staff, represent a danger to themselves or others, shall not be allowed to jump. (C) Jumpers visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall not be permitted to jump.
