Rule 1501:46-11-20. Watercraft prohibited at beach areas

119.03 No person shall operate a watercraft, inflatable boat, sailboard or any other device capable of being used for navigation within or through any designated swimming beach area, or any area which has been buoyed off designating it as an area in which watercraft are prohibited.
