Rule 1501:46-14-08. Snowmobiles; right-of-way

119.03 When operating a snowmobile on lands or waters administered by the division, the operator of said vehicle shall slow his vehicle to a reasonable and prudent speed and shall yield the right-of-way when overtaking or travelling near any person who is not upon a snowmobile.
