Rule 1501:46-7-14. Bounce houses and other inflatable amusements

119.03 Without an exemption from this rule provided through a special activities permit under the provisions of rule 1501:46-3-28 of the Administrative Code or authorized in writing by the area manager, no person is permitted to import, assemble, or install any inflatable structure commonly referred to as a "bounce house" or any other inflatable apparatus fabricated as a playhouse or amusement on any lands of the division.
