Rule 1501:47-1-29. Copy of rules

119.03 (A) Upon the waters of this state, the operator of each self-propelled vessel twelve meters or more in length shall carry on board and maintain for ready reference a copy of the inland navigation rules as required by 33 CFR 88.05. (B) No person shall operate a vessel or permit a vessel to be operated in violation of this rule.
