Rule 1501:47-9-03. Sleeping on watercraft

119.03 It is unlawful for any person to use any watercraft on the waters of the district for the purpose of sleeping on board unless such person has obtained a docking permit and the watercraft is anchored, tied, or otherwise secured in a designated area.
